The San Francisco Bay Area Network for End-of-Life Care is a diverse group of professionals and volunteers working in and committed to the improvement of end-of-life care in the Bay Area.

The membership of the SFEOL Network includes individuals representing local hospices, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, long-term care facilities, as well as a variety of non-profit organizations that serve the many end-of-life needs in the region.

Since its formation in March 2000, the Network has continued to grow. We offer a monthly networking forum for professionals and individuals interested in end-of-life care, and have provided several successful community events and educational programs over the years. One of the major initiatives planned for 2011 is the continued development of a wide variety of partnerships with others in the Bay Area committed to improving end-of-life care in our communities.

If you share our passion for improving care at the end-of-life, please consider renewing your paid Network membership now! Your membership dues provide the Network with a financial baseline for the year to plan our activities and programs, and cover the ongoing operating expenses of the Network.

By joining or renewing your membership, you and/or your organization will be listed as a member of the SFEOL on our website, giving you visibility within the end-of-life care community and those we serve. There are a few membership options, depending on how often you plan to attend the monthly meetings and whether you represent an organization.

People participate in the Network for various reasons and bring many gifts to the coalition. We hope you and/or your organization will continue to support the work of the Network by renewing your paid membership for 2011, and continuing your participation in Network meetings and activities.
