Legacy is the next generation of professionals committed to serving and promoting a positive view of older adults. It is a forum for emerging professionals to network with peers, raise awareness about the needs of the aging community, and participate in professional development through educational presentations and community service. Legacy was founded by Michelle Dowds, Community Outreach Coordinator, Seniors•At•Home, a division of JFCS, and Emily Schmidt, Community Relations, Providence Place—Dementia Care Assisted Living.
